The first step to enrolling a new student is to submit an application form. One form submission per student to be enrolled is required.

What will I need during enrollment?

Enrollment is quick—often only 10–20 minutes—and guided by email prompts along the way. The full process includes:

  • Filling out the online school registration form

  • Submitting proof of residency (e.g. recent utility bill or financial documents) for your current Oregon residence

  • Submitting proof of age (e.g. birth certificate or passport) for enrolled student(s)

  • Emailing a letter of intent to your resident school district (template to be provided)

  • Fulfilling immunization requirements
